I applied through the online system. After about two weeks, I was contacted to do an online written test that lasted two hours. When I passed, I was invited to a competency based interview that lasted an hour with direct supervisor, HR and head of delegation.

I applied for the position based on a job posting in a newspaper. I sent in my resume and cover letter, following which I was contacted via phone to come for an interview one week later. The interviewer asked about my motivation to apply for that particular job, the company and went through my resume.
