Started out with a technical interview over the phone. A week later I was called in for three 1:1 interviews; one was technical about asp.net/c#/mssql, one was analytical(solving puzzles) and one was about personality(talking about yourself and your goals). In between the first and second interview, went out to lunch with potential co-workers.
