Slow to response and unprepared. HR is totally unprepared, from the questions asked, very unlikely that HR have read the resume at all. A lot of boasting, as well as, asking unappropriated questions (e.g. Are you in a relationship or What is your religious preference?). The process felt more like a "introduce yourself" session rather than real interview.
