I was disappointed that they did not follow up after my in-person interview. One of the interviewer seems not in the mood which gives a negativity aura, the whole time. While I completely understand that I may not have been the best fit for the role, I think it is very disrespectful of a candidates time and efforts to not even send a quick email letting them know of the outcome. "ghosting" hiring process. Unprofessional.
