Interview
3 interviews. Two technical and the other is HR interview. I was asked questions about basic thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and pychrometric chart. In HR interview, I was asked more general questions like, strength and weaknesses. I was also given a puzzle to solve.
Super Smooth and efficient, gave me enough to feel comfortable with taking the job and understanding of what the company benefits from being an ESOP and from rapid growth. I was happy with the person interviewing and was mostly online until the latter stages of the interview
