IMPACT Chicago interview questions

Applied online. I was contacted by receptionist for phone screening. Once I had passed that, I was contacted for an in-person interview. I traveled home from school for the interview in the middle of the week. Met with a group of about 5-6 women who asked me about my experiences, qualifications, etc. Everything seemed to go well. I was never contacted about the position again. I sent the HR person and receptionist an email a few weeks later and nothing. I then asked about any concerns they had so that I could better myself and qualifications, after realizing they did not hire me. They did not even reply to this! I expected at the very least a decline over email since I took the time to prepare and travel.
