I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IMS
Interview
First a phone screening call with HR, then an interview with people in the tech team, discussed my background and some technical questions.
After that there was a take-home assignment. I was given more than enough time to complete the project.
There was one more interview after the take-home assignment.
The overall experience was really good. Sadly the final call was to inform me that I wasn't selected.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IMS
Interview
It's a 2 hours interview with 4 sections. First, HR, then, engineering department, follow by mobile team, then I don't remember if it was supposed to be President or Vice President (but he had a conflict schedule, so I didn't meet him). They asked basics questions about background, more focused on SQL skill. Overall, easy interview, not too much difficult technical questions.
