The interview took place in a room that had all glass windows where employees would constantly walk by, so there was not much privacy – especially if you were interviewing from an agency in the area – as it is a small agency world and everyone knows each other. This was distracting because you were concerned someone would share that you were interviewing to someone at your current employer.
