Quiet long process with lots of unnecessary evaluations. Some questions are personal which for some people can find it irritating. Handwriting evaluation? Is it really necessary? I guess it would have made more sense if there was a aptitude test instead of personality test. Make sure the CEO & COO are there at office during interview days.
