The first response to my application was quick and enthusiastic. There were some delays setting up an initial phone conversation but generally it was a smooth interview process with a very supportive HR team. After a couple of calls, I was invited to a full day in Amsterdam where I met different members of the team and spent an afternoon performing a variety of case studies. Travel was taken care of and the day felt well organised. My initial impression of the office was very positive- nice space and a welcoming team. I received feedback relatively quickly on my performance from the day and I considered the comments made to be fair and mostly accurate. Overall the interview process gave me a very positive first impression of the company!
