Interview
Insane amount of steps and "busy work" leading up to an actual interview. Finally got to the "in person" interview (Zoom) and my interviewer was not prepared at all. Right away I had my doubts about even wanting to work for this company because of how unprofessional it was all playing out. SAVE YOUR TIME and just don't bother.
Avoid at all costs. Asked me to complete a one way AI interview as part of the hiring process, which took a whole 30-45 mins to complete. Never heard back from them despite an HR person they'll get back to me with results.

Interview
First do a behavioral and IQ like exam, that turned into a one way interview which was just video recorded responses.. then I got to speak over video chat to the director of the department, which then turned into a video chat with one of the team members.. to then not get selected.
Everyone was nice and very informative. Lengthy process about a month long to no get selected and also get no feedback :(
