The interview process was very good. It had multiple stages, 2 interviewers, both asked about the background and motivation for application. The interview lasted for roughly 45 minutes. the results are communicated within 5 days over a phone call.
Long application which includes essays and GMAT exam; if selected, interviews consist of 2 interviews of 1 hour each with alumni to deep dive into your past experience, motivation and fit with INSEAD; expect a typical behavioral interview

Set list of questions, super conversational and easy, they are making sure there are no red flags, don't be stressed. They leave lots of time for you to ask questions, worth taking a few you are actually interested in learning about.
