    Don't bother applying through the website. They received about 300+ applications for one internship and closed the application after two days. Your best bet is to e-mail someone directly and explain why you'd like to intern for them.

    I got strung along thinking that I would be a consultant. They gave me an internship. When I realized there was a guy interning who was 40+, I also realized how wrong IOM's HR practices are.

    written for the first stage with 30 mulitple choice clinical questions, top 4 candidates moved to second stage of oral interview. 10 males and 4 females. The advert wrote males are advised to apply.

    I got a call about 3 weeks after I had applied. The interview was scheduled for 4 days later. It was over Skype. Three interviewers asking questions in turns. The interview was mainly in English, but also partly in French. The interview was fairly straightforward and friendly.

    Took another 2 weeks for the result to come in.
    Started the internship a month later.

    CV and cover letter sent, three weeks later emailed for Skype interview. Conducted Skype for around 40 minutes with three interviewers, then told I had the job one week later. Expected to start job immediately.

    I received a call for the interview to be arranged. The interview was conducted by the Human Resources Officer and the program director. The first questions were about my previous experience and most of the following questions were competency based. After the end of the interview I was told that I will have a reply early next week but I never heard back from them.
