You apply online through their website. From there you receive an email requesting an interview via Zoom. The interview is recorded and standard questions that you would expect are asked. After that you will get an email telling you if you have been accepted into the next stage. There are 3 parts to training - website training, classroom training and then 2 mock session classes. You are then on a 2 week trial period before becoming permanent.
