IREX (International Research & Exchanges Board) interview questions

Do NOT apply to IREX. They have reposted the same program associate role for months. I applied, and was contacted by the recruiter. We had a good conversation and he told me that he would follow up by the end of the week. I reached out to him multiple times, and he ghosted me. Then, I saw on LinkedIn that they reposted the role. They have reposted it 4 times since I had my phone call back in October. They are using this position to farm resumes.

I had a phone screening with a recruiter. The questions were clear and directly related to the job description, covering each area listed. The process felt structured and aligned with the role’s requirements, which made it easier to prepare and demonstrate my experience.
