The screening process was very quick. Almost immediately I had an initial interview (which was great) about my CV and 2 technical questions. I was told I passed and would be followed by a coding challenge. One of the best experiences in the beginning. They never followed up and was ghosted for 3 weeks (even after chasing up). Finally, I was rejected as they gave an offer to someone else. Totally ruined the experience for me as I should have been informed that my application depends on the outcome of someone who is already in the pipeline at a further stage.
