You apply for the position online, and will receive a call within days if not within hours. You'll come in for an in-person interview, where you confirm you're human with a pulse, and have a mode of transportation. At which point, you'll be told we'll contact you later with a decision, and about 10 min later, you'll get another call confirming you have the job, and be asked if you can start the next day. It's the easiest interview process ever, and everyone can be hired, assuming you show up clean, and have a reliable way to show up to work everyday.
