Received an unannounced phone call from their HR Manager, who asked if she could ask me a few questions. As I was busy at the moment I asked if we could arrange a time where she could call me where I could discuss my candidacy with her. She could unfortunately not give me a precise time, but she would call me when she had time. I agreed to this, expecting a call within the next week. After 2 weeks and thinking I would contact ISS regarding the call, I received an email saying thank you for a pleasant discussion during the "screening call," but I had not been chosen to go through to their next phase. Overall a highly unprofessional process, and shocking that a company of their scale does not have a better structured recruitment process. Highly disappointing impression they have left and surprised that they can regard the screening call as having taken place.
