The interview process consisted of three rounds: an HR screening, a CEO interview, and an onsite technical interview. The interviewers were professional, and the discussions around AI systems, architecture, and project experience were engaging and relevant to the role.
However, after the final interview, I did not receive any update regarding the outcome of my application. I followed up with both HR and the hiring manager but did not receive a response.
Providing candidates with a final status update, even if a position has been filled or put on hold, would significantly improve the candidate experience and help maintain professional communication throughout the hiring process.
