I applied and was contacted by another manager and was told she would pass my info to the area manager/dm and they would get back to me for an interview. The Area manager never did, so I reapplied and then the area manager got in contact with me. I interviewed in person, and was asked to take an online assessment. Its been 2 weeks since i completed the assessment and no one has contacted me to at least be professional about letting me know I didnt get the position. If this is how a candidate is treated, Im glad i wasnt selected. And the pay is low as well.
I interviewed at the location, i was asked to do a questionnaire later that day. I guess I didnt pass because its been a month and I wasnt contacted to say I got the job or I didnt get the job. Companies need to realize its rude to ghost a candidate, at least be professional enough to send a rejection email.
