ITECCO interview questions

I received an email by Connor Walsh promoting this opportunity, to which I responded and never heard back. Then he sent me a LinkedIn InMain promoting another opportunity, I responded and again never heard back. Then he called me for some screening promoting three opportunities that would be a great match with my profile. I told him I was very interested and whether he could please send me the job specifications. He never did. Then a colleague of his called to schedule an interview for one of the companies and I asked whether he could please send me the job specifications so that I could prepare. He never sent me anything and never got back to actually schedule the interview. I do not mind not progressing but why do you reach out a million times to me when you cannot respond to the most basic questions about an application? Very unprofessional and disorganised. I would not recommend them for candidates or companies.
