ITG Communications found me through 044 (a staffing agency) and scheduled for an interview for the next day. Arrived on location and they asked questions about what my intentions are within the telecommunications industry and if I had prior experience with telecom as they are a subcontractor for Xfinity (Comcast). After the initial short interview, I had to submit to a drug test and wait for a background check to clear (which took more than 2 weeks). The third week was when I was able to start onboarding activities such as the W9 and employment terms and conditions.
