I was contacted by phone to set up a phone interview and found the HR representative very accommodating in setting up a time that worked for me. At the end of the phone interview I was offered an opportunity to go into the office to sit an analytical test which was followed up by a face-to-face interview after I had successfully completed the analytical test where I met key stakeholders, including the managing director and founding partner.
