Interview
I got invited to an interview and God only knows who they were looking for, so they rejected me. I even did the German speaking part but apparently, I didn't match their needs. Also, the lady leading the meeting wasn't so much professional. She might have done her job as her male colleague, but nothing as serious. I was ready to move from the place I currently live, but again some Divine Creature led her to believe otherwise. Inappropriate behaviour, if not even rude.

Question 1
The asked me my previous experiences, about the company etc by basically keeping the interview on an average level.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ITSP Services (Salzburg) in May 2023
Interview
I sent them my CV and they contacted me by email and we scheduled an interview next week in Skype. (Skype in 2023?)
8 days passed, I came into Skype meeting and... nothing. Nobody came.
Okay, I wrote to them, HR comeback, rescheduled new interview also 1 week later.
...
2 weeks for a first interview.
And when this interview happened, it was basic boring questions from 2 girls, which seemed to not have any experience at HR job at all.
And 1 week later I got rejected.

Tell me about yourself. What do you know about the company? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are your weaknesses? What is your main strength? Why do you want to work with us? Tell us about your Customer Support experience where you was awesome? Tell us about your worst customer support experience? How you deal with stress?

Interview
Two part interview. First general talk. Other one is a test.
Test has Skype questions for reference. There is a grammar test and fast typing test. Its really long process that can take more then a month. They sent me email after that that I'm not suitable for position. However I have experience in this field for more then 5 years. I sent them email for reasons but never got reply. Their English is very questionable.
