This was a newly created position. The potential employer looked unsure of what they were looking for out of this role. Really bad at making eye contact during a Microsoft Teams interview, a really disrespectful attitude. Half an hour into the interview they seemed totally disengaged and seem visibly not interested. I totally understand that sometimes during an interview you make up your mind whether the candidate is the right fit or not but at least as a professional courtesy pay attention and make eye contact. Glad I am not going to work for such people.
