Interview
The interview was conducted in a professional manner over Microsoft teams. The interviewers were very friendly and had a 15/20 minute conversation with me about why I wanted the role and why I was a good fit for the role.

Consisted of three interviews, two online and one in person at their office, and one task to be completed on the Decipher platform representing tasks you’d be expected to do at the job.

Interview
1) Video Interview: a mix of competency questions (i.e. please describe a time when you have...) and general questions about my CV. Also included an overview of the team and some time to ask more questions about the role. 2) Questionnaire coding task: given 1 week to code a questionnaire on their platform. 3) In-person stage: a meeting in the office with 2 parts. Firstly, a 45 minute excel task. Secondly, a formal interview with a senior manager.
