Interview
Iconic usually hires internally for this role choosing from the Senior Leads. It's very rare that a Lead (Junior Lead) would skip the Senior role to Manager. The process would usually be that the role is publicly shared and shared internally that there will be a role opening up and you can apply with the HR team to apply for the role.
You're given a date/time to interview. This is usually held by the 'Area Managers' who would know the team and roles well.
The interview is usually only a 20ish minute interview with up to 10 questions which can be situational, knowledge-testing and sometimes questions like 'why do you want this role'.
Very rarely you will be asked to make a short presentation to interview for the role.
When all interviews have finished everyone will be contacted either by phone call or in person to let them know the outcome of the interview.

Interview
Disclaimer: The CMs in Iconic Offices are most commonly internally promoted to the role from Senior Community Lead or, in rare cases, Community Lead. You first apply online - usually through a Jobbio link which is linked on the site on the careers page. The HR manager or hiring manager will then do a phone screening and call with a few questions. You might not have any notice of this call. You will usually be notified if you have passed or failed the phone screen within a week. Once you have passed the phone screening the HR manager or hiring manager will call or email to schedule an in-person interview. They will rarely accept an interview over video call and will invite you to the Head Office. The interview is usually conducted by two people, taking turns to ask questions and take notes. The interview lasts for around 30 minutes. You should usually hear back about if you passed the interview within a week, sometimes two. Once you have passed that in-person interview round you should be able to negotiate pay and a start date etc.
