Idealease interview questions

Was initially low balled stating the job was entry level started at $15 an hour even though I had over 10 years of experience. Only accepted job at higher offer, during the drug screening and onboarding process it was chaotic. The first place I was directed to did not have the order for the test so I had to go to another location on another day the second location which was an hour from my home also gave me a hard time before administering the drug screening. Once hired had to drive an hour to training everyday for two weeks before working from home.
