Unprofessional and discourteous. Went in for second interview in-person; the experience was very pleasant. Spoke with upper management, we connected really well. So well, in fact, that by the end of the interview I was led around the offices and met with the rest of the C-level staff. I won't go into specifics, but I was told I would be called by the end of the week with an offer. THAT'S how well the interview went. Then, nothing. No calls. No emails. I repeatedly reached out for updates and was completely ghosted. Literally could not get even a one word response from anyone. I don't think this is a proper way to treat applicants respectfully. I'm sure this unprofessional behavior trickles down to their employees as well...
