After confirming my participation, waiting to receive an email with an invitation for the technical interview, I submitted the completed task within 4 days - it was a detailed analysis of their current content strategy and suggestions for improvement. After almost 2 months and four follow-up emails, I've seen they've already hired someone for this role. Total lack of respect for candidates and their time invested into the task.
