Ignite Events interview questions

I applied online and received an email back immediately asking if I could come in for an interview that week. I responded promptly and went into the office 2 days later. After learning more about the position, it was more of a sales/promotional events job than a marketing job. You would have to go out to local businesses (ex: Sam's Club, Costco) and hand out products for their customers. They said they fully train you for the position. After learning more about the job, it wasn't what I was looking for.

I applied to this position online. I received the phone call the next day to have a preliminary interview. Despite some confusion with the hiring managers about having a phone interviewing versus a face to face interview since I was out of state, I had a phone interview the next day, to which I was told that I was exactly what they were looking for and made it to the next round. I flew to Tampa the next week, and was told that once at my interview, I would spend 10-15 minutes talking with executives about myself and my background and then I would go to an event to speak with a top representative. 15 minutes before I was suppose to leave for my face-to-face interview, I received a phone call letting me know that my interview location had changed to a location that was an hour away, last minute. It turned out that I went straight to the event-at Sam's Club- to speak with an entry level representative who did the all of the interviewing. The entire interview lasted 15 minutes. Overall I did not have a positive experience interviewing with this company. I found it slightly unorganized and not well developed.
