I applied to this position online. I received the phone call the next day to have a preliminary interview. Despite some confusion with the hiring managers about having a phone interviewing versus a face to face interview since I was out of state, I had a phone interview the next day, to which I was told that I was exactly what they were looking for and made it to the next round.
I flew to Tampa the next week, and was told that once at my interview, I would spend 10-15 minutes talking with executives about myself and my background and then I would go to an event to speak with a top representative.
15 minutes before I was suppose to leave for my face-to-face interview, I received a phone call letting me know that my interview location had changed to a location that was an hour away, last minute. It turned out that I went straight to the event-at Sam's Club- to speak with an entry level representative who did the all of the interviewing. The entire interview lasted 15 minutes.
Overall I did not have a positive experience interviewing with this company. I found it slightly unorganized and not well developed.
