The secretary contacted me a few days after I'd sent in my resume and asked further questions about my Excel skills. 2-3 weeks later I got a phone interview. I went down to the Chicago office the next day for an interview with the VP of Policy. The interview was conversational and easy except there was a math quiz on growth rates. After sending one follow up email, I got an offer. Didn't hear back about the time, hours, or rate of pay for 2 weeks. Had to call my boss the day before to make sure it was OK to come in.
