Be sure to ask about hours you will be expected to work per project, and also pay close attention to the non-compete you will be asked to sign upon employment. It would behoove you to have a lawyer review and revise the noncompete for you. Be sure to ask about turnover at the company, and bonus opportunities. Make sure you meet ALL the managers that you will be dealing with. Do not accept a position until you have met all the managers and are comfortable with them, as not all of them have good management or people skills.
