I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Illuvium in Jul 2023
Interview
The stages of the interview are fairly standard: call with HR, technical conversation with the team leader, a task challenge with deadline of 2 days. Once the task challenge is completed the review process takes a little longer than usual, but this can be explained by the fact that employees are in different time zones. After reviewing the task solution, HR informed me that the team leader was literally "very happy" and HR forwarded my solution to the architect for review and he'll talk with me. I suspected something unusual at this point. It should not be the responsibility of an architect, regardless of the size of the company, to review candidates tasks :) It took some more time and again after my question about the status HR wrote that they're not ready to continue because the architect "didn't like the design solution to my task", despite the fact that the solution is correct and the team leader approved it. It is worth noting that the feedback was written in passive aggressive or even toxic way without details. To summarise, it's not worth wasting your time going through the interview process and I would also recommend that the architect get on top of their responsibilities and learn how to delegate to their team leaders the responsibilities of their staff. Do not waste your time with this company.

Interview
Initial interview with recruiter, 8-hour technical test, and ghosting immediately afterwards. The recruiter did not reply to my messages again, so I feel like I worked for free for them. Avoid if you value your time.
