Applied Online, they called me in less than a week. In person Interview, toured around the facilities and met employees. The interview was with two people, was not overwhelming at all. It was my first big interview post grad so I was nervous and not as prepared as i thought i was.

Most difficult project and how did you overcome and accomplish it?
All good, owner very polite and understanding, everything smooth and fast, we talk by phone and text msj for a couple of days they offer me a good plan but it wanst what i was looking

Interview
First I had a phone interview that was about 15 mins long. We just discussed the job and compared it to previous work I have done. Then I went in for an in person interview, this lasted a few hours. We ended up talking a lot and getting to know each other to see if I would be a good fit.
