Imagine the Possibilities interview questions

These people brought me in for a "leadership interview" wherein I taught them leadership strategies they seemed to have never heard before. Two in person interviews, only to tell me at the end that I didnt have enough experience. Totally disorganized, too, and the "interviewers" had no idea how to conduct an interview. They struggled to ask relevant questions and keep the conversation flowing.
