      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Imaginuity (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2019

      Interview

Phone interview followed by a full day of in-person interviews with the executives of the agency and a series of follow up calls/emails to negotiate salary and benefits. Leadership was very accessible and extremely transparent with answering my questions about the role and responsibilities, the culture of the agency and the challenges in the business. In advance of the in-person interviews I was asked to complete a strengths assessment which provides insight into work style and personality type to help pair team members and ensure right-fit for particular roles. They also asked me to provide work samples, including client presentations and/or strategy-related deliverables throughout my career.

      Interview questions [3]

      Question 1

What media channels do I have experience working with and talk about multichannel or omnichannel campaigns where I've supported the strategy and relationship management to drive success for the client.

      Question 2

What brands have you worked with?

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Imaginuity (Dallas, TX)

      Interview

I was contacted by them after applying for a position. I had heard they were struggling with growing pains (given a recent acquisition) which proved to be true during feedback provided in the interview process. I actually interviewed with the top execs and the owner. They basically have one large account and chase a bunch of smaller deals. They pay a lot of attention to the psych quiz (which they claimed was proprietarily developed for them, but was very similar to one done by another Fortune 500). Everybody seemed nice and interesting but THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP. NOT EVEN A "Hey you are not the right candidate" What a waste of time. My advice is don't bother they don't have their act together. If an owner doesn't follow up after he made a promise to do so (for a senior position in the organization) it shows how aloof and how disorganized they are.
