2. SM round ( will ask about your team lead exp)
3. VP round ( they will ask about your finance understanding)
4. BH round
4 Rounds of interview
6 months strategy project and then ghosting the candidate
All interviews taken by junior management for senior position.
This feels like they are just taking interviews to collate ideas on assignments to get work done for free.
