Worst interview process I have ever noticed in my 5 years of professional career. I got interviewed for 3 different rounds. 1. Initial HR round, 2. Interview with the hiring manager and last 3. Operations head (I suppose). After clearing all the rounds, I got an email from the hr that I have been selected for the position and they asked me to share my documents so they can process and roll out my offer letter. I sent all the document. Next day they said you will have to appear for the last round with the director of the company. THAT WAS TOO SHOCKING. I MEAN AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION, THEY ASKED ME TO APPEAR FOR THE 4 ROUND. SO WHATS THE VALUE OF SENDING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL????
Anyways, I went for the last round, gave my best and finally after 2 days HR says you havent been selected coz your skills are not upto the mark. The skill they have cancelled my appointment for, I had proved my proficiency in the first round itself.
So, if the director of the company decides who is perfect for the role what the hiring manager and HR is doing there.
I ACCEPTED THE OFFER FIRST AND LATER THEY CANCELLED IT. PATHETIC. IT WAS AN UTTER WASTE OF TIME.
