Interview
Interviews I thought went well. Was asked to share availability for 3rd interview but was ghosted. I believe they ended up hiring another candidate during that time when I had sent follow ups.

Average questions surrounding how hungry in sales I was, what resources did I like to use to penetrate a company to get a meeting booked, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Immertec (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jan 2022
Interview
This company interviewed me FIVE times, and then ghosted me. The scheduling and performance of the interviews was professional enough, but the professionalism ended.
I felt like, and I was told that I was a good fit for the role, and they were very interested in me.
However, after spending multiple hours preparing for and sitting through interviews, they still supposedly needed to "figure out the timeline for this role". If you don't know the timeline for the role yet, why are you interviewing me FIVE times?
I was eventually ghosted. It is very unprofessional and discourteous to fail to at least let the candidate know that you have hired someone else or have decided to not hire at all.
As of this writing, the position I applied and interviewed for is still posted.
Be careful before you waste your time here.
