Immune Tolerance Network interview questions

The process started with a one-on-one interview at their office in Bethesda, MD.They see if you can perform or have the ability to learn to perform well.Then a second round where a coding exercise is given to test your programming skills.It is based on Java and XML.

Phone screen 2 rounds of face to face with multiple people. The interviews were odd for me each time. No follow up after the last interview, which I interpret as they are not interested.
