The overall interview process was pretty straightforward and well-structured. It started with an HR recruiter screen and progressed through conversations with the team. Across all rounds, the process felt consistent and focused.
Most of the discussion centered on my revenue cycle experience, which was clearly a key area of interest. In addition, I was asked standard behavioral questions such as how I handle deadlines, how I manage challenges when a project may not be on track to meet its deadline, and why I’m interested in moving into consulting. The rest of the conversations felt more like a dialogue rather than a rigid Q&A, which made it easier to elaborate on my background and experience.
Overall, the interviews from HR through the team were solid and professional, with a clear emphasis on relevant revenue cycle knowledge and practical experience.
