I was asked to come in for a 4-hour unpaid retouching test that was relatively simple though NO direction was given for what should be done. A day or two later I was asked to come in for an interview and portfolio review with a few people from the retouching/production team and the CEO. Very relaxed.

They ask you to do a free test. Usually is a product clean up and a fashion strip in. It should take 3 to 4 hours . They can also request you a color correction test.
