The interview process consisted of three rounds: two technical interviews, one with the Team Lead and another with the Assistant Vice President, and the third with the Chief Product Officer. I was selected, but the HR offered only a 7% fixed hike and 7% variable. During the discussion, I requested a 35% hike, but they provided several reasons for the low offer.
