Process begins with the position being open. Usually there is a cut off or deadline to submit the application and all required license and certifications. If the application meets the requirements and you possess the proper certs/training/experience etc. you are notified by phone that they would like to schedule an interview. Interview--> Skills test --> Offer of employment.
