Interviewed with Impero and the grilling and doubt for WFH over a pandemic was crazy. Doubts about doing a job that was below me because I'd not worked at that level (the same amount of time people go on maternity leave) is over the top.
They have no respect for anyone's time, refuse to feedback and seems like a really toxic environment.

In general the process was speedy with straightforward interview questions about my experience and expectations in the role.
Seemed like a nice place with a good culture, however the role wasn’t exactly what I was looking for at that given time.
