      Interview

A Frustrating Experience with Deceptive Recruiting Practices I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a recruiting process that left me feeling misled, frustrated, and ultimately, disheartened. The company, engaged in practices that not only wasted my time but also showcased a lack of transparency and respect for potential candidates. Initially, I was excited about the opportunity presented by Incorp. However, my optimism quickly turned to frustration as the recruitment process unfolded. After an initial interview, I received a rejection, which, while disappointing, I accepted as a part of the job-seeking journey. To my surprise, shortly thereafter, I was contacted again by the company expressing renewed interest and requesting a second round of interest in exploring the position further. Naively, I believed that the company had revisited my application and found value in my candidacy. Unfortunately, the second round of interest felt like déjà vu – a repetition of the first, with no discernible difference in the content or structure. This raised questions about the sincerity of the company's interest and the efficiency of their internal communication. The true blow came when, once again, I received a rejection after the second round. This experience not only left me feeling misled but also made me question the integrity of Incorp's recruitment practices. It is disheartening to think that they asked for a second expression of interest only to deliver the same outcome as the first, wasting both their time and mine. Clear and honest communication is fundamental in any recruitment process. Unfortunately, they failed to provide this, leading to a disconcerting and ultimately unproductive experience. Job seekers invest time and energy into the application and interview process, and they deserve a level of transparency that was sorely lacking in this case. In summary, my experience with their recruiting practices has been disappointing, to say the least. I urge the company to reevaluate their procedures to ensure that future candidates are treated with the respect and transparency they deserve. As it stands, I cannot in good conscience recommend Incorp.Global as an employer committed to fair and forthright recruitment practices.
