Interview
The interview process was direct and to the point. It consisted of two calls, and a video call. The first call was a screening from the HR person. The second call was with one owner and the second video conference was the last call. I started training the following Monday.

Question 1
On the video call the owner told me about how and why he started the company and when he shared his values it really resonated with me. The interview was very conversational and I believe in what the owners have created. He also asked me to tell them more about me.
