Interview
Lengthy interview process. They don’t elaborate how absurd the day-to-day truly is. Base salary is so low when you’re truly working 16 hour days. Higher ups pick and chose who they want to train so they can line their pockets more.
I had three Interviews. One with the recruiter and two more with managers. Moved quickly and professionally. Nothing out of the ordinary as long as you prepare for the interview.

Asked about prior experience as well as what you'd bring to the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at InMode (Greenville, SC) in Jan 2023
Interview
Horrible process. Don't waste your time with these people. I had an interview scheduled where the interviewer blew it off because their "flight got delayed." I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. He blew off the second interview, so I withdrew my application. He then called and apologized. Asked me to grab a beer with him to continue the interview process. I reluctantly said yes and he never responded. This is for the Greenville territory manager position. Huge waste of time. This company doesn't respect your time and to be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the gentleman either. It sounded like the team was disorganized and they didn't really have a solid game plan in place for the new hire from what I gathered on our brief apology call.
Unorthodox interview process. First interview was with district sales manager that did not seem to be interested in conducting an interview at that time -- interview would have lasted less than 10 mins if I had not continued probing.
