I had a terrible interview experience with this company. It's a fairly new company, and so I think they're still learning proper recruiting/interviewing practices. I'll give them a break on that. The entire process was so long and drawn out. I think I went through a month of 7-8 interviews. My advice would be to invest in hiring practices and build the HR team and train the HMs. I think this company has a lot of potentials, but I wouldn't apply for a position in the future based on my experience.
